I believe that as a coach, you can open pathways for others to the extent you've managed to open them for yourself. I share my story with the hope that what I have learned about business and life can make your path easier than mine.
I am Florina
For 44 years, I have been discovering this world, remaining ever curious for more. I am Romanian, so transition is my second name. I've lived in many places, including Romania, Italy, and now Germany. Life unfolds in stages: first, you are the child of two people, bound to a family, a language, borders, and traditions. Then comes the moment of Discovery—you realize you are more, can do more, go places, and become more.
My childhood dream was to become an ambassador, so I studied political sciences, worked as a radio journalist, and then spent many years in sales and international business. While holding various management positions (I was once called "the selling machine"), I always worked with and for people. Four years ago, I decided to study again and become a coach, specializing in leadership and transition, coaching individuals, professionals, and groups. The best part of speaking several languages (Italian, German, Spanish, French, and, of course, English) and extensive travelling is the flexibility and openness to different mentalities.
As a coach, I bring all my experience and tools to your service. My legacy is to unite different worlds, make people smile, and foster harmony through clarity and respect through acceptance. The world does not need more titles, possessions, or unnecessary complexity. It needs balanced people with clear minds, open hearts, and bold dreams.

Coaching is a process based on an open conversation, with the goal of moving a person from point A to point B. Coaching brings change, by the awareness created from the within.
The coach is a neutral, non judgmental, silent but curious partner of conversation.
The coach is knowledgeable in content; professional in integration of tools, skills, process; efficient.
Coaching helps you gain clarity, by bringing you to the state of being.
Reshapes the energy use.
Coaching helps you be back in the driving seat and enjoy the ride.

Consulting, because a consultant improves a situation, while a coach works with people.
Mentoring, because a mentor is a “been there, done that”, while a coach shows where a person is and asks what next.
Therapy, because the focus is on working on the past and trauma, while a coach shows the present to define the future.
Training, because a trainer brings data to the class, while a coach is client focused.
Best friend, because a friend has opinions and an own agenda. A coach has a process, one is objective and non judgmental.

No special recipe (it is science, data and process related, all combined for your own transition you would like to work on).

Therapy is done by a doctor in psychology to a patient, with the aim to heal and treat traumas, addictions, depression, mental illness. It is a work that takes an extensive time, diving into the past in detail, to heal it and the person who is affected by its shadows.
Coaching is a process with the aim of performance improvement, suitable to functional and balanced people.
The coaching process takes a shorter time, it has an aim to work in the presence and set clear goals for the future, as one aims to improve the skills and attitude towards life. While coaching, one can talk about past, to relate with the current situation and get inspiration from the past experiences.
Coaching deals with blocks like assumptions, limiting beliefs and the inner critical voice. The typical coaching clients want motivation and clarity. They are successful in general, but stuck in the moment, for a specific reason, in a specific situation. Coaching makes you thrive and stand for your goals, follow them from plan to reality.
